What is the PEARL iZUMi Lifetime Warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our products. PEARL iZUMi offers a limited lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or improper care.
How should I wash and care for my technical fabrics?
To maintain performance, machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can clog the pores of technical fibers and reduce moisture-wicking capabilities. We recommend hanging to dry or using a low-heat tumble setting.
What is your return policy for online orders?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
